Bahrain condemns Houthi’s drone attack on Abha International Airport

Manama, Feb. 10 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist Houthi militia’s launch of a drone towards Abha International Airport in the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, causing injuries among civilian workers and travelers, in a heinous terrorist act and a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, wishing speedy recovery to the injured. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain’s stands shoulder by shoulder with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and supports all the measures it takes to maintain the security and safety of its citizens and residents. The Ministry praised the efficiency and vigilance of the coalition forces to support legitimacy in Yemen, for having been able to intercept and destroy the drone, calling for concerted international community efforts to put an end to these treacherous terrorist acts that put regional security and stability at stake.
