Bahrain condemns New York terror blast

Manama, Dec. 11 (BNA): Bahrain condemned the terrorist bombing that took place today in New York in the United States of America, which resulted in the injury of a number of people. The Foreign Ministry issued a statement, wishing a speedy recovery to all those injured as a result of this terrorist act that targets innocents and is contrary to all religious, moral and humanitarian principles. It reaffirmed the solidarity of the Kingdom of Bahrain with the friendly United States of America in its efforts to combat terrorism, renewing its firm stance against all forms of violence and extremism and calling for concerted regional and international efforts aimed at eradicating the serious scourge of terrorism and draining its funding sources.
