Bahrain condemns Surabaya church bombings

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain condemned the bombings that targeted several churches in the city of Surabaya in the Republic of Indonesia, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of innocent people. The Ministry affirms Bahrain's solidarity and support to the Republic of Indonesia in all measures it takes to reinforce its security and stability. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery. It reiterated Bahrain's firm stance to reject all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, calling for concerted international efforts to eliminate terrorism and dry up its funding sources.
