Bahrain condemns terrorist attack in Saudi

Manama, July 8 (BNA): Bahrain strongly condemned the shooting that targeted a security checkpoint located in Al-Qasim, Saudi Arabia, which resulted in the death of a security officer and a resident. Bahrain stresses its solidarity with Saudi Arabia in the fight against all forms of terrorism at both the regional and international levels, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said. "The Kingdom of Bahrain expresses its deep condolences to the families of the victims, and hails the constant efforts of the Saudi security services to establish security and stability in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia." Bahrain reiterates its firm stance against violence and terrorism, and emphasizes the need to strengthen international cooperation and joint coordination to eliminate terrorism that aims at undermining international peace and security, the statement added.
