Bahrain condemns terrorist attack in Turkey

Manama, June 7 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a police vehicle at the Beyazit district in the Turkish city of Istanbul killing a number of policemen and civilians. The ministry extended condolences and sympathy to families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded. In a statement, the ministry reiterated the Kingdom's solidarity with the Republic of Turkey as well as its call for concerted efforts to eliminate terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, regardless of its motivations, backers or financiers, in order to save the international community from the scourge of terrorism peril that hamper development and threaten international peace and security.
