Bahrain, Egypt discuss expanding energy cooperation

Manama, Aug 2 (BNA): Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs, Dr. Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza, today received Egypt’s Ambassador to Bahrain, Suha Al Far, and discussed broadening cooperation in electricity, water and renewable energy fields.  The Minister praised the close bilateral relations promoted by the two leaderships and their keenness to expand cooperation and exchange expertise in the field of electricity, water and renewable energy.  He reviewed the key projects implemented in the same fields, pointing out the progress made in solar energy projects.  The Egyptian Ambassador highlighted resolve to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in various fields, chiefly in electricity, water and renewable energy.
