Bahrain, Egypt sign 13 cooperation agreements

Cairo, Apr 26 (BNA): Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) today participated in the joint Bahraini-Egyptian Business Forum held in Cairo, as part of the current official visit of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa to Egypt. BCCI, Ministry of industry, Commerce and Tourism and the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI) jointly organized the Forum. BCCI Chairman Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Moayyad, in his speech, said that the strong trade exchange movement between the two countries reflects the solid bilateral relations and accentuates both sides' resolve to push it to higher levels. He called on Egyptian investors to invest in Bahrain, noting the encouraging investment privileges and attracting legislations. He stressed the BCCI keenness to broaden economic, trade and investment relations with Egypt. 13 memorandums of understanding and trade cooperation agreements were signed on the sidelines of the Forum.
