Bahrain-Egyptian cooperation discussed

Manama, May 31 (BNA): Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) Vice President Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Khalifa met Egypt’s Endowments Ministry Undersecretary Dr. Shaikh Amine Abdelwajed, who arrived in Manama to attend the final ceremony of Bahrain Quran Grand Prize, set to be held on Sunday evening. He welcomed Dr. Shaikh Abdelwajed, hailing strong historic relations binding Bahrain and Egypt. The two sides exchanged Ramadan greetings, wishing Bahrain, Egypt and the Islamic nation many happy returns. Dr. Shaikh Abdelwajed will deliver tomorrow the Friday sermon at the Ahmed Al-Fateh Islamic Centre in Juffair, Manama.
