Bahrain-Georgia ties discussed

New York, Sep. 21 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, met the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Mikheil Janelidze, on the sidelines of the 71st session of the UN General Assembly in New York. Shaikh Khalid expressed the keenness of the Kingdom of Bahrain to bolster relations and cooperation with Georgia in various fields for the benefit of the two countries. Janelidze expressed the keenness of Georgia to develop ties with the Kingdom of Bahrain and bolster cooperation, praising the Kingdom’s progress in various fields. The meeting discussed issues of mutual interest.
