Bahrain-Japan economic cooperation discussed

Manama, Aug. 16 (BNA): Dr. Hassan bin Abdullah Fakhro the Economic Affairs Advisor of HM the King today received the Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Kiyoshi ASAKO, to discuss and boost the bilateral economic cooperation relations. Dr. Hassan Fakhro praised the ambassador's good efforts in boosting the bilateral cooperation ties in the interest of both friendly countries and peoples, noting the continuous growth and development of the economic and investment ties especially following the historic visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to Japan. The Economic Affairs Advisor of the Japanese Embassy in Manama, Keisuke ATSUNO, was also present during the meeting.
