Bahrain-Japanese relations reviewed

Manama, Aug. 28 (BNA): Youth and Sport Affairs Minister Hesham bin Mohammed Al Jowder received Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain Kiyoshi Asako. He lauded solid relations between the two friendly countries and growing cooperation mainly in the youth and sport field. Both sides discussed ways of bolstering bilateral cooperation, stressing the noble goals of the Ship for World Youth Programme which is organised by the Japanese government and in which many Bahraini youngsters have taken part over the past years. They also spotlighted the benefits of joint programmes in consolidating communication between the youth in both countries, underlining the importance of exchanging experience in the youth and sport field.
