Bahrain, Kuwaiti cooperation discussed

Manama, Apr. 7 (BNA): Capital Governor Shaikh Hesham bin Abdulrahman Al-Khalifa received Governor of Hawali in Kuwait retired Lieutenant-General Shaikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and discussed the possibility of exchanging successful practices and viable programmes and projects. During the meeting which was held at the Public Security Officers' Club, the two sides stressed the importance of consolidating joint cooperation, exchanging expertise and expanding partnerships in various fields. Shaikh Hesham bin Abdulrahman Al-Khalifa stressed the initiatives and programmes of the Capital Governorate to address citizens' queries and complaints and prepare reports, citing the Manama Entrepreneurship Week to empower youth. Lt. Gen. Shaikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah also outlined projects and programmes, citing the Hawali Governorate Excellence Award to honour outstanding Kuwaitis.
