Bahrain moves to the second stage

Las Vegas , July 6 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, the founder of KHK MMA stressed that participation in the third edition of World Championships of Amateur MMA, organized by The International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) in cooperation with the Ultimate Fighting Championship "UFC" held from July 5 to 10 in Las Vegas, was a great opportunity for young Bahrainis to refine their abilities, and reach their combat potential, and achieve the highest levels by facing the best amateur fighters in the world, and exchanging combat experiences among them.
HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa pointed out that the participation of the Kingdom of Bahrain through the Khalid bin Hamad Mixed Martial Arts Organization (KHK MMA) is an emphasis on Bahrain's position in the world of mixed martial arts, as a country incubating various sports and having many talents.
His Highness stressed on the two fighter’s skill being refined and developed in a short period of time, and their ability to keep up with the world fighters after multiple participations which added a lot to the team and developed their physical, mental and combat potential.
His Highness congratulated fighter Fahad Abdulrazaq for qualifying to the second stage, by defeating his British opponent Warren Mason - European Open Flyweight Gold medal winner, praising the great performance delivered by Abdulrazaq.
HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad also expressed his thanks to the personnel and team members for the efforts they have put in, representing the Kingdom in the best way possible. He further wished success to fighters Abdullah Seena and Fahad Abdulrazaq for the second stage of the tournament, and also wished the rest of the fighters with the best of luck in the upcoming tournaments.
