Bahrain offers condolences on victims of UN peacekeepers plane crash in Congo

Manama, Mar. 30 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain extended sincere condolences over the crash of the helicopter that killed 8 of the peacekeeping forces of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), which happened yesterday in North Kivu. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs offered sincere condolences to the families of the victims from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Serbia, expressing sympathy with the governments and peoples of the friendly countries following this tragic incident. It also affirmed the kingdom's full solidarity with MONUSCO, and its appreciation for the efforts of peacekeeping forces and their humanitarian endeavors to achieve security, stability and the consolidation of regional and international peace.
