Bahrain Property Development Exhibition kicks off

Manama, Aug 27 (BNA): Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, RERA Deputy Chairman, Issam bin Abdulla Khalaf, today opened the Bahrain Property Development Exhibition (BaPDEX 2018) with the participation of leading Bahraini and Gulf real estate development companies. . The Minister said the exhibition witnessed real estate projects worth more than BD2 billion, pointing out the key role of the same companies in encouraging real estate investments and support the national economy. He added the constructional projects seen reflect the interest of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to achieve the national economic well-being, noting the government’s programmes, led by His Royal Highness prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, which focus on boosting the non-oil sectors, including the real estate sector. He paid tribute to the support of the Coordination Committee, chaired by HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, for enhancing the role of non-oil sectors.
