This is Bahrain on track, BFEA chief affirms

Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): The Bahrain Federation of Expatriate Associations (BFEA)'s Secretary-General, Betsey Mathieson, has affirmed the completion of all preparations for This is Bahrain festival to be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the patronage of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Mathieson told the press that the Kingdom of Bahrain now rejoices two occasions very dear to all of us, alluding to the National Day and the Accession Anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa who has overwhelmed all expatriates with his generosity. Work is well on track to produce the festivities in the most pageantry form to reflect our huge love of this country which has embraced us expatriates and made all of us feel as one family with its own people. She praised the Kingdom's freedom of beliefs reiterating the expatriates' love and appreciation of the Bahraini people for their unmatched generosity despite the challenges of terrorism threat facing the world. She said Bahrain remains strong and invincible under the leadership of His Majesty the King who has boosted the freedom of religious practice and openness to world cultures under the frame of the single family and prevalence of tolerance and co-existence. She thanked the festival sponsors and all the participating sides for their continuous cooperation which reflects the huge value they hold in their hearts for the Kingdom of Bahrain. More than 100 entities will participate in the festival on Friday the 11th of December from 3 pm to 11 pm.
