Bahrain-UK ties praised

Manama, Apr. 8 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa received the Chairman of the Bahrain-UK Friendship Society, Brigadier Peter Sincock. The minister praised the historical relations between Bahrain and the United Kingdom (UK), and the progress of these relations at various levels, lauding the efforts exerted by the Bahrain-British Friendship Society in promoting bilateral relations on the official and communal levels, wishing the Society continuous success. Brigadier Sincock expressed honour in meeting the minister, affirming the keenness of the Bahrain-UK Friendship Society to develop relations between the two countries, wishing Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
