Bahrain-UNIDO cooperation discussed

Manama, Oct. 26 (BNA): Southern Governor met with UNIDO Director-General Li Yong, on the sidelines of the Silk Road Organization Conference, held in Vienna. Ways to enhance the role of the Southern Governorate to benefit from the UNIDO strategies and plans to attain sustainable development goals and attract environment-friendly industries were discussed. UNIDO Director-General expressed readiness to provide assistance to achieve the Southern Governorate's aspirations.
