Bahrain-US ties praised

Manama, Feb. 19 (BNA): BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa today received a delegation from the United States House Armed Services Committee, headed by Jennifer Thaxton-Bird. The two sides reviewed the bilateral ties, praising the advanced level of the Bahrain-US longstanding friendship and cooperation ties in various fields. The Director of the BDF General Command Headquarters Major-General Hassan Mohammed Sa'ad, Major-General Abdullah Hassan Al Nuaimi the Inspector-General, Assistant Chief-of-Staff for Logistics & Supplies (Naval) Major-General Yousef Ahmed Mal-Allah, and (Naval) Major-General Mohammed Hashim Al Sadah the Director of Military Cooperation, were also present.
