Bahrain was, is and remains an Arab nation

Riyadh, July 4 (BNA):The Saudi-based Al-Watan daily has criticized Iran's ceaseless interferences in Bahrain's pure internal affairs. "When will the Iranian regime officials and their vassals and agents throughout the world realize that Bahrain has always been, and forever remains, an absolutely undisputed Arab country - and never a Persian country at anytime - since the era of the Sumerians right to the present day," wrote the newspaper columnist Talal Al Shaikh. The false Persian statements against the Kingdom of Bahrain created a clear impression about the Iranian officials conspiracies were aimed to ignite the flames of sedition and turmoil in this country since 2011. The Iranian regime officials talked about Bahrain's internal affairs much more than they talked about the very problems of their own country. Al Shaikh said: "Iranian regime officials have dedicated their full time for prying into Bahrain's internal affairs and to sow trouble through their proxy cells. The Iranians do not comprehend that the Gulf countries have now become stronger than ever before, witnesses the consequences of Yemen's events which ended in breaking the bones of Iran's arm – i.e. the Houthi rebel militias – as clear proof that any threat to one of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states will be decisively dealt with". He added "Iranian threats were never confined to incitement against the Kingdom of Bahrain, but extended to the State of Kuwait, vide the statement last week by one of Iran's vassals, which was clearly indicative of the malicious plot concealed by such mindset that leads the Iranian regime and its dream of theocratic hegemony. As time passes on, the future will never be same as the past, especially in view of the strong arm shown by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in decisively dealing with key issues, including the Iranian dossier and Iran's evil extending from Yemen through Lebanon, he said. The Saudi-led Arab coalition rescuing Yemen as far as Sanaa in the south, and Saudi smartly dealing with the "cedar's land", sent a strong message and had the greatest echo and dealt a decisive blow to the Persian scheme in the region, he added. Iran's increasingly-growing hostile statements were sheer reaction to the pre-emptive security measures taken by Bahrain and Kuwait vis-à-vis the individuals and organisations implicated in terrorist activities. The firm measures taken against Dashti and Qassim will not be the first nor the last measures taken against such malicious perpetrators and inciters who conspire to target any of the GCC countries, he concluded.
