Bahraini ambassador to Bangkok discusses boosting cooperation with Thailand

Bangkok, Feb. 14 (BNA): Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kingdom of Thailand, Mona Abbas Mahmood Radhi, held a meeting at the embassy today with Chairperson of the E-Commerce Committee at the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Krittha Bhokharasthit, the former Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Na Songkhla Thanis, the Director of the Halal Science Centre of Chulalongkorn University, Prof. Dr. Dahlan Winai, the Assistant Director of the Halal Centre, Dr. Mahamad Pornpimol and Assistant Director of the Halal Centre, Dr. Denyingyhot Anat. The meeting was attended by a number of officials from the Thai Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and representatives from the private sector. They underlined strong relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Thailand, and discussed means to further strengthen commercial cooperation in various fields, including trade, investment, and marketing of agricultural products and halal foods.
