Bahraini Ambassador to Brasilia meets Minister of Citizenship, Responsible for Youth and Sports Affairs of Brazil

Brasilia, Feb. 13 (BNA): Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Brasilia, Bader Abbas Al-Helaibi, met with the Minister of Citizenship, Minister Responsible for Youth and Sports Affairs of Brazil, João Roma. The Brazilian minister hailed the Bahraini-Brazilian relations, praising cooperation and coordination between the two countries. He noted the importance of enhancing bilateral relations mainly in the youth and sport field. He affirmed Brazil’s aspiration to enhance cooperation and activate the memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Ministry of Citizenship in the Federal Republic of Brazil, which was signed during the visit of Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro to the Kingdom of Bahrain on November 16, 2021. Ambassador Bader Abbas Al-Helaibi thanked the Brazilian minister for his keenness to enhance cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of sport and youth, stressing Bahrain’s keenness to bolster bilateral relations at all levels.
