Bahraini Ambassador to Malta presents credentials

Valetta, Sept. 18 (BNA): Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Republic of Malta Ibrahim Mahmoud Ahmed Abdullah presented a copy of his credentials to Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion of the Republic of Malta, Carmelo Abela. The Maltese minister welcomed the ambassador and took pride in the growing relations between the two countries in various fields, wishing him success in his duties. The two sides stressed the depth of the distinguished relations of friendship between the two countries and reviewed ways of enhancing them to attain broader horizons for the benefit of the two friendly countries and peoples. On the other hand, the ambassador met Director General of Political and EU Affairs Ms. Maria Calleja and Director of Protocol Department Kerstin Spiteri who hailed bilateral ties and vowed to strengthen them to meet common aspirations.
