Bahraini Ambassador participates in German Unity Day Celebration

Berlin, Oct. 3 (BNA): Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Federal Republic of Germany, Abdullah Abdullatif Abdullah, participated in the German Unity Day celebration, held here today at Kiel |Financial Square. His participation came at an invitation by President of the German Bundestag, Mr. Wolfgang Schäuble, President of the Federal Council Daniel Günther and Minister of the State of Schleswig-Holstein. During the ceremony, the ambassador congratulated the Bundestag on the German Unity Day, and pointed to the forthcoming official visit to be paid to the Federal Republic of Germany by Speaker of Bahrain’s Council of Representatives, Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal. Attending the ceremony were German President Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Chancellor Angela Merkel, a number of senior officials and the ambassadors accredited to the Federal Republic of Germany.
