Bahraini-British cultural relations discussed

Manama, May 14 (BNA): President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, Shaikh Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, has received British Council Director General Richard Rose, and discussed promoting cultural relations. BACA President attached significance to the role of the British cultural presence in enrichening the local cultural activities. Mr. Rose lauded Shaikha Mai’s efforts to boost Bahrain cultural standing at the regional and global levels. He stressed the British Council readiness to participate in Bahrain’s cultural activities.
