Bahraini-Egyptian relations discussed

Manama, April 4 (BNA): Northern Governor Ali bin Al Shaikh Abdul Hussain Al Asfoor met with Egyptian Ambassador to Bahrain Suha Ibrahim Al Far and discussed with her outstanding relations between the two brotherly countries and issues of common interest. He also underlined both countries' keenness to serve Arab and Islamic issues and back efforts to promote global peace and security. On her part, the Egyptian ambassador praised co-existence, tolerance and peace characterising the Bahraini society, commending the Northern Governorate's initiative "WE Are All Partners in Peace" and its national, social, cultural and civilisational implications. She wished Bahrain and its people more progress and prosperity under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
