Bahraini-Turkish health cooperation discussed

Manama, Mar 29 (BNA): Health Minister Faeqa bint Saeed Al-Saleh today received a delegation from the Turkish Goven Hospital in the presence of Ambassador Hatun Demirer of Turkey to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The minister discussed aspects of health cooperation between the two countries, pointing the leadership's directives on inviting the world's best medical expertise to Bahrain for the treatment of Bahraini patients. The minister said that a Bahraini delegation is expected to visit Turkey to learn about the conditions of Bahraini patients admitted to Turkish hospitals, as well as the possibility of benefiting from the Turkish medical expertise of high competencies to treat patients in Bahrain and train doctors of the Salmaniya Medical Complex. The Turkish delegation praised Bahrain's leadership directives on inviting international medical expertise to the country, welcoming the Bahraini medical delegations to benefit from the Turkish medical expertise.
