Bahrain's rich cultural heritage spotlighted

Manama, May 13 (BNA): President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa received today member of the Representatives Council Mohammed Hassan Al Jowder and discussed with him ways of boosting cooperation to further promote Bahrain's civilisational status. They also spotlighted cultural projects in Bahrain to preserve the kingdom's identity and rich heritage. Discussions also focused on the role of old popular houses in maintaining the kingdom's folkloric and artistic heritage and highlighting the cultural movement in Bahrain.
