Bahrain's Strategic Structural Plan approved

07 : 59 PM - 11/05/2016 Manama, May 11 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa issued decree 36 for 2016 approving the Strategic Structural Plan of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Article 1: . This decree approves the attached Strategic Structural Plan of the Kingdom of Bahrain and all relevant authorities shall thus work accordingly when preparing and endorsing general and detailed plans. Article 2: The relevant authority shall issue general and detailed plans without any inconsistency with Bahrain's Strategic Structural Plan, as per the law provisions, after approval of the High Urban Planning Committee, excluding any amendments of these plans, as approved by the aforementioned committee . Article 3: . Decree 24 for 2008 shall be abrogated with the approval of the Strategic Structural Plan of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Article 4: . The Prime Minister and ministers shall implement this decree which shall take effect a day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
