BDF Chief offers condolences to UAE President

Abu Dhabi, May15 (BNA):Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander in Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa visited the United Arab Emirates and offered condolences to UAE President His Highness Shaikh Mohammmed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the passing of HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The BDF Chief also offered condolences to the brothers and sons of the later leader, the Al-Nahyan Family and the brotherly UAE people, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the soul of the late HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan in eternal peace, and to bless the members of the Al-Nahyan Family with patience and fortitude. “The Arab and Islamic nations have lost a visionary leader who devoted his life to serve his people, the Arab and Islamic nations”, he said, hailing his nation-building role and achievements for his country, which witnessed development strides in his era. The BDF Commander in Chief was accompanied by a number of senior officers.
