BDF commander-in-chief honours injured serviceman

Manama, June 14 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received at the BDF’s General Command today the member of BDF’s operational task force, Raja Inamullah Khan. The BDF serviceman was injured while carrying out his sacred patriotic duties in the south of Saudi Arabia, within the Saudi-led Arab Coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen. The BDF commander-in-chief welcomed the BDF serviceman, got assured about his health, and conferred on him the Field Service Medal of the second class, wishing the Arab Coalition’s wounded servicemen speedy recovery and safe return home. Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed praised the bravery of the BDF servicemen who are, alongside their brethren from Arab Coalition, in the fields of hounour and heroism defending the Right and supporting the brotherly Yemeni people.  Director of the Court of the BDF’s General Command, Major-General Hassan Mohammed Saad, Inspector-General, Major-General Abdulla Hassan Al-Nuaimi, and a number of senior BDF officers were present.
