BDF Commander-in-Chief receives Egyptian military delegation

Manama, Nov. 26 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received at the BDF’s General Command here today, the members of the Egyptian delegation to the 17th meeting of the Bahraini-Egyptian High Joint Military Cooperation Committee, led by Egypt’s Assistant Defence Minister, Major-General Nasser Mohammed Ibrahim Assi. Defence Affairs Minister, Lieutenant-General Abdulla bin Hassan Al-Nuaimi, and Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Dheyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, were present. The reviewed the existing “brotherly” cooperation between the two countries, in addition to ways to enhance joint military cooperation. Director of the Court of the BDF’s General Command, Major-General Hassan Mohammed Saad, Director of Military Cooperation, Rear Admiral Mohammed Hashim Al-Sada Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, Major-General Ghanim Ibrahim Al-Fadhala, , and a number of senior BDF officers attended.
