Boosting cultural cooperation discussed

Manama, Mar. 5 (BNA): President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, today received Chief Executive of Planning and Urban Development Authority (PUDA), Shaikh Nayef bin Khalid Al Khalifa, and discussed boosting cooperation.  The BACA President said cooperation with the PUDA leads to promoting the cultural and urban scene.  The BACA President stressed that Bahrain’s civilizational achievements are the result of joint efforts of government institutions and the support of private sector, welcoming the PUDA contribution to upgrading the cultural infrastructure. The PUDA Chief Executive praised the BACA President’s resolve to promote the national cultural activities that enhance Bahrain’s cultural standing at the regional and global levels, expressing readiness to work together to benefit the cultural infrastructure.
