Pyongyang, July 10 (KCNA) -- The Jagang Provincial Agricultural Science Institute in the DPRK intensified the work to study and introduce scientific farming methods. The institute has conducted the work to breed and introduce high-yielding seeds resistant to the disastrous weather in a methodological way by deepening the survey and study of the natural and topographical features of cities and counties in mountain areas. Researchers of the rice laboratory bred a high-yielding rice seed with high illness resistance. The soybean laboratory bred a high-yielding seed invulnerable to high temperature. -0-
