This came as the committee, led by its Chairman, Dr. Mohammed Ali Al-Khuzaie, received here today a delegation from the British Parliament, led by MP, Rehman Chishti, currently on a visit to the kingdom. Al-Khuzae stressed the depth of the Bahrain-UK relations spanning more than 200 years, noting that relations between the two friendly countries have always been based on mutual respect and trust, as well as on shared stances on various international issues, respect for countries’ sovereignty and rejection of interference in states’ internal affairs, which are priorities in the two kingdoms’ foreign policies.
