BSTD to organise international conference

Manama, Aug. 28 (BNA): The Bahrain Society for Training and Human Resources Development (BSTD) is gearing up to organise the international annual conference on human resources development which will convene on September 25 under the patronage of Labour and Social Development Minister Jamil bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan. The event, which will shed light on integrating employees to increase productivity, will be held in partnership with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), the Labour and Social Development Ministry and Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) and in cooperation with many institutions from Bahrain and beyond. The two-day conference will cast light on the best practices in motivating the employees and boosting productivity according to a well-defined performance strategy. It will also explore the best modern studies in this respect by bringing together a host of local and international experts and speakers.
