BTEA chief attends ‘Les Clef d'Or’ pinning ceremony
Manama, Oct. 4 (BNA): The Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), H.E. Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa, attended the ‘Les Clef d'Or’ pinning ceremony organized by the Bahrain Hotels Concierge Group (BHCG) at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay.
Seven employees from the hospitality sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Concierge Supervisor of Four Seasons Bahrain Bay Hotel, Mr. Ali Radhi, and the Chief Concierge of Gulf Hotel, Mr. Ali Al Nuaimi, received the prestigious ‘Les Clefs d’Or’ - ‘Golden Key’ after passing the interview that was held by BHCG.
The ceremony was initiated by the Founding President of BHCG and Chief Concierge of Four Seasons Bahrain Bay Hotel, and was attended by the 3rd Vice President of Les Clef d'Or, Mr. Randy Santos, the Zone Director Arabian & Western Asia of Les Clefs d’Or and President Les Clefs d’Or United Arab Emirates, Mr. Abbey Sam, and members of the Executive Committee of Les Clefs d’Or United Arab Emirates. General Managers from Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, Hotel Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa, Gulf Hotel, Westin, Crowne Plaza, and K Hotel also attended the ceremony.

The Les Clef d’Or pins recognizes the efforts of the concierge service employees who work to enhance the service provided and meet the needs of guests day in and day out, elevating the tourism experience as a result," said the CEO of BTEA, H.E. Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa.
The BTEA’s support towards BHCG comes in line with its overall strategy to develop the tourism sector under the slogan of ‘Ours. Yours.’, which contributes towards the Kingdom’s economy and the 2030 Economic Vision.
