Cabinet secretary-general receives MP

Manama, May 7 (BNA): Secretary-General of the Cabinet Dr. Yaser bin Essa Al-Nasser received here today MP Jamal Bu Hassan. Dr. Al-Nasser said that His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa's directives to enhance cooperation between the government and the National Assembly had reflected positively on the Executive-Legislature relations, noting that the joint fruitful cooperation has optimised national achievements. MP Jamal Bu Hassan lauded HRH Premier's interest in strengthening cooperation between the executive and the legislative branches, and key role in enhancing their mutual respect. He also praised HRH Premier's constant directives to officials to intensify interaction with MPs, which, he said, has consolidated cooperation between the government and the Council of Representatives.
