Cassation Court rejects convicts objections

Manama, Apr. 25 (BNA): The Military Court of Cassation today ruled by rejecting the objections raised against the High Military Court of Appeals ruling in the case of formation of the terrorist cell that committed a number of terrorist crimes. The court turned down the objections raised by the following four convicts against the death penalty and 15 years jail term as well as revocation of their Bahraini nationality : 1- Mubarak Adel Mubarak Mohanna, a soldier 2- Fadhil Alsayed Abbas Hassan Radhi 3- Alsayed Alawi Hussain Alawi Hussain 4- Mohammed Abdulhassan Ahmed Almitghawi The court also turned down the objections raised by the following two convicts against the 7 years jail term as well as revocation of their Bahraini nationality: 1- Mohammed Abdulhussain Saleh Al Shehabi. 2- Mohammed Abdulwahid Mohammed Alnajjar. The court also turned down the objections raised by the convict Hussain Mohammed Ahmed Shehab against the imprisonment for 5 years and the revocation of his Bahraini nationality.
