Central Asian leaders’ congratulations on New Year

Presidents of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow congratulated Kyrgyz leader Sooronbay Jeenbekov and the people of Kyrgyzstan on the New Year, the President’s press service said. The Uzbek leader’s letter of congratulations says: “Centuries-old bonds of trust, brotherhood and good neighborliness between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan serve as a strong foundation for our multifaceted, long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation. I recall with particular warmth our recent open and fruitful negotiations in the framework of the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian States in Tashkent. There is no doubt that as a result of our upcoming highest-level meetings in 2020, bilateral interaction in the spirit of strategic partnership will be brought to an entirely new level in terms of quality and content. I take this opportunity to wish you strong health, long life, family happiness and new achievements in your responsible state activity, and peace, prosperity and progress to the friendly Kyrgyz people”. Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also congratulated the Kyrgyz leader and Kyrgyzstanis. "On behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on my own behalf, I cordially congratulate you on the New Year 2020. I wish you further success in your state activity, and prosperity to the people of Kyrgyzstan”. Turkmen leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow’s congratulation’s says: "I wish you strong health, inexhaustible vital energy, happiness and great success in all your affairs and undertakings. May the New Year be marked for you and all the people of your brotherly country with peace, prosperity and well-being”.
