Chairman of National Council for Arts receives US embassy Charge D'Affaires

Manama, Jan. 24 (BNA): Chairman of the National Council for Arts, Shaikh Rashid bin Khalifa bin Hamad Al Khalifa, received today the US embassy Charge D’Affaires, Margaret Nardi. He stressed the importance of boosting bilateral cooperation in the artistic fields. He also informed her, through a tour of the RAK Art Foundation sections, about the paintings on display and the artistic features they show. Shaikh Rashid bin Khalifa bin Hamad Al Khalifa took pride in Bahraini artists and their creative works which reflect the civilizational and cultural characteristics of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
