Commander-in-Chief patronises Command, Staff course inauguration

Manama, Sept. 9 (BNA): Under the patronage of the BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Chief-of-Staff Lt-General Dhiyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi deputed by the Chief-of-Staff attended the inaugural ceremony of the 11th Joint Command-and-Staff Session at the Royal Command, Staff and National Defence College, in the presence of senior officers. The inaugural ceremony began with a recitation from the Holy Quran followed by the Chief-of-Staff’s speech in which he conveyed the greetings of the Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and his wishes to them of success, and welcomed the participating officers from brotherly armed forces. He expressed gratitude to the Royal Command, Staff and National Defence College commandants, directors and instructors for their great efforts, wishing them continuous success. The session launch was announced by the Chief-of-Staff who expressed his delight wishing the participants success, citing the BDF’s continuous development of the session’s advanced curricula, training, analytical and innovation capabilities.
