Commander-in-Chief receives Indian Ambassador

Manama, Oct, 22 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received at the BDF’s General Command today, the Indian Ambassador to Bahrain, Alok Kumar Sinha, in the presence of Defence Affairs Minister, Lieutenant-General Abdulla bin Hassan Al-Nuaimi. The commander-in-chief lauded the depth of the friendly Bahraini-Indian relations, which, he said, are always progressing in various fields. He also discussed with the Indian envoy a number of issues of mutual interest. Director of the Court of the BDF’s General Command, Major-General Hassan Mohammed Saad, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering, Rear Admiral Yussef Ahmed Malallah, and a number of senior BDF officers attended.
