Commander-in-Chief receives US Fifth Fleet Commander

Manama, Aug. 17 (BNA): BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received Vice-Admiral Charles Bradford Cooper, Commander of United States Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT), and Commander of United States Fifth Fleet (C5F). The commander praised the existing relations between Bahrain and the USA and the development witnessed by the two countries at all levels, especially in the military field. Defense Affairs Minister Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Nuaimi, and Lt. Gen. Theyab bin Saqer Al-Nuaimi, Chief of Staff, were present.
