Congratulations to FM of Kyrgyzstan

Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho sent Monday a congratulatory message to Aidarbekov Chingiz upon his appointment as foreign minister of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. The message expressed the belief that the traditional ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger in common interests of the two peoples. It wished the foreign minister success in his work for developing the country's external relations. -0-
