Congratulations to FM of Rwanda

Pyongyang, October 26 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho Thursday sent a congratulatory message to Richard Sezibera upon his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Rwanda. The message expressed the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow strong and wished the foreign minister of Rwanda success in his work for developing the country's external relations. -0-
