Congratulations to Philippine FM

Pyongyang, July 24 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui sent a congratulatory message to Luis Enrique Austria González Manalo on his appointment as the secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines on July 22. Expressing the belief that the friendly relations between the two countries will develop in common interests of the peoples of the two countries, the message wished him success in his work. -0-
