Coptic Orthodox Cathedral Church in Abu Dhabi accepts condolences

St. Anthony Coptic Orthodox Cathedral Church in Abu Dhabi opened its doors on Monday and Tuesday to accept condolences over the victims of the heinous crime committed by Daesh terrorist organisation that killed 21 Egyptians in Libya. Ehab Imam Hamouda, Ambassador of Egypt to the UAE and members of the Embassy in Abu Dhabi, paid their respects yesterday to the Reverend Anthony Michael and the Reverend Bishoy Fakhri, pastors of the Cathedral Church in Abu Dhabi. They also appreciated the position of the UAE, led by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, regarding its strong condemnation of the heinous criminal act carried out by Daesh. May almighty Allah rest their souls in eternal peace. On his part, Dr. Aref Ali Nayed, Libya's Ambassador to the UAE, also offered his condolences on the victims of the despicable crime committed by Daesh, calling for concerted Arab and international efforts to help his country stand in the face of criminal acts perpetuated by this bloody organisation and other terrorist groups. The heads and members of the Christian denominations, Muslims clerics and the Egyptian community extended their heartfelt condolences to the Cathedral Church over the calamity in the presence of the Egyptian Ambassador to the UAE.
