Crown Prince emphasises firm support of HM King Hamad, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques towards Bahrain-Saudi relationship

Manama, Feb. 2(BN) His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today met the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr Abdullah bin Abdulmalik Al-Shaikh, at Gudaiybia Palace. During the meeting, His Royal Highness underscored the kingdoms’ joint commitment to further strengthening bilateral ties across all levels. In this regard, His Royal Highness highlighted the firm support the relationship continues to enjoy from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Crown Prince went on to note the government and people of Bahrain’s high regard for Saudi Arabia and its pioneering role in supporting Arab and Islamic issues, which also underscore its commitment to regional peace and security. His Royal Highness and the Saudi Ambassador reviewed the cooperation between the two kingdoms across all sectors. The Crown Prince emphasised the integral role the Ambassador plays in developing and reinforcing these ties. In response, the Saudi Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness, and expressed appreciation for His Royal Highness’ support to further strengthening bilateral ties.
