CSB delegation participates in HRH conference

Dubai, Apr. 19 (BNA): A delegation from the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), led by CSB President Ahmed bin Zayed Al-Zayed, has participated in the 8th edition of the international human resources (HR) conference, held under the patronage of Dubai Crown Prince, HH Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Themed ""Tomorrow’s HR Starts Today", the conference attracted 500 experts and professionals, more than 20 speakers and about 10 companies in the field of HR from the region and the world. CSB President asserted that the two-day conference is a pioneering platform for exchanging expertise, and shedding light on the best and most successful world solutions and experiences in the HRH field. The conference focuses on the impact of technology on bringing about change in HRH field, the best global HR practices, the skills required for the labour market, how to address the important issues of governments and state institutions, smart HR applications standards. The speakers’ papers focused on leadership skills, functional and the most important challenges in the coming years.
